Digital Well-being Framework presents a comprehensive approach to supporting balanced and healthy use of digital technologies in education. Developed within the WINDEE project, the framework helps schools understand the factors influencing digital well-being and provides practical strategies to support students, teachers, and school communities in maintaining a healthy balance between digital engagement, learning quality, and mental, emotional, and social well-being.
