This book is a complete, stand-alone introduction to digital well-being for educators. It does not assume you are enrolled in any course or depend on any other WINDEE material to make sense — everything you need, from the underlying theory and European policy context to a full set of practical exercises, is contained here.
It can be read cover to cover as a short textbook, used one module at a time as part of a school’s continuing professional development (CPD) programme, or kept as a reference to return to when a specific issue comes up in your own classroom or institution. Each of its five parts pairs a theoretical chapter with a practical workbook chapter, so that ideas are always followed by something concrete to do with them.
