This report presents the establishment and development plan of the WINDEE Learning Community, a collaborative space for educators and educational stakeholders to exchange experiences, share resources and strengthen digital well-being in education.

Hosted on Microsoft Teams by Vytautas Magnus University, the community supports peer learning, discussion of practical approaches, and feedback on WINDEE’s framework and project results. The report outlines the community’s structure, moderation and onboarding arrangements, alongside strategies for recruiting members, sharing content and organising engagement activities. It also explains how national and language-based channels can support accessible, locally relevant participation across partner countries.
